Terms and Conditions

Itinerary Changes:

DMC AFRICA reserve the right to change routes, accommodation or arrangements at no or little prior notice, should circumstances require such changes.

Payment Terms:
A deposit of 30% is payable on making the booking. The balance of the payment is due 45 days before departure. Failure to do so could result in the cancellation of the booking and forfeiture of the deposit.

Airline tickets and hotel accommodations:
As soon as a deposit is received from a client, all flights and hotels that form part of a tour are confirmed by full payment to the respective airline and hotels. In the case of a cancellation from the client, the refund on the pre paid airline tickets and hotel bookings are subject to the cancellation policy of the respective airline. The below cancellation policy does not apply to airline tickets and hotels bookings.

Cancellation:
If a tour is cancelled, cancellation fees will be due and payable according to the following:

No refunds will be made for no-shows or any unused services.

DMC AFRICA reserves the right to cancel any tour prior to departure in which event we will endeavour to make satisfactory alternative arrangements on your behalf, failing which the entire payment will be refunded without any obligation on the part of the company.

Insurance:
It is recommended that guests have adequate insurance to cover personal accidents, medical expenses, loss of luggage and loss of deposit through cancellation.

DMC AFRICA, nor any person acting through or on their behalf, shall be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever in respect of person or property arising from any cause. We shall not be responsible for loss or damage caused by delays, sickness, accident, injury or death, nor for any extra expense incurred as a result thereof.

Airlines:
DMC AFRICA act as an agent only for airlines and accordingly accepts no liability whatsoever for any loss, damage, injury [fatal or otherwise], accident, delay or any other irregularity howsoever arising. DMC AFRICA makes every effort to ensure that all the arrangements and services connected with a passenger's itinerary will be carried out as specified and/or in the most efficient way possible. However, we do not have direct control over the provision of services by the airlines and, whilst they are in all cases selected with the utmost care, we do not accept liability for errors and omissions of such suppliers.
